Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines what you may and may not do on IWEYmusic.com. It applies to all users — listeners, creators, and buyers. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
1. Overview
IWEYmusic is a platform for authentic music discovery, creation, and ownership. We are building a community of artists and listeners who value original work, fair compensation, and creative integrity. This policy exists to protect that community and to ensure we can operate lawfully under Swedish and EU law.
By using IWEYmusic, you agree to follow this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, publish, distribute, or make available the following:

Stolen or Unlicensed Music
Music, recordings, or artwork that you do not own or have no licence to distribute.

Hate Speech & Discrimination
Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.

Illegal or Harmful Content
Content that is illegal under Swedish law, including child sexual abuse material, incitement to violence, or glorification of terrorism.

Spam & Artificial Inflation
Fake plays, bot-driven streams, artificial donations, or spam messages to other users.

Donation or Payout Manipulation
Soliciting donations through false pretences, self-dealing, or coordinated inflation of revenue metrics.

Impersonation
Impersonating another artist, public figure, or IWEYmusic staff member in your profile or communications.

Platform Abuse
Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, exploit vulnerabilities in, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.

Malware & Malicious Links
Distributing links, files, or code designed to harm users' devices or steal credentials.
3. Prohibited Behaviour
3.1 Account Behaviour
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or circumvent platform limits
- Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to operate your account
- Using automated tools to create accounts in bulk
3.2 Commercial Behaviour
- Selling, renting, or transferring your creator account to another party
- Using the platform to solicit off-platform transactions that circumvent our payment system
- Falsely claiming ownership over content you have licensed (rather than own)
3.3 Content Behaviour
- Uploading placeholder, test, or intentionally low-quality content to game discovery algorithms
- Re-uploading content that has been removed by IWEYmusic
- Misrepresenting the genre, artist name, or metadata of uploaded content
- Using misleading thumbnails or titles that bear no relation to the actual content
3.4 Community Behaviour
- Harassing, threatening, or bullying other users
- Doxxing — publishing private personal information about another user without consent
- Coordinated campaigns to flag or report another creator's legitimate content
4. Permitted Uses
You are permitted to:
- Upload and sell original music that you own or have a valid licence to distribute
- Share links to your IWEYmusic profile or tracks on social media
- Receive donations and tips from fans for your original work
- Collaborate with other creators, with both parties' mutual consent
- Use IWEYmusic embeds on your own website or press kit
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to take action where we reasonably determine a violation has occurred. Actions we may take include:
- Content removal — removal of specific tracks, profiles, or images
- Warning — formal notice to the account holder
- Payout hold — suspension of pending payouts pending investigation
- Account suspension — temporary restriction of platform access
- Account termination — permanent removal of the account and associated content
- Legal referral — referral to Swedish or EU law enforcement where required
Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion. Users may appeal enforcement actions by contacting support@iweymusic.com. Appeals will be reviewed within 10 business days.
6. Reporting Violations
To report a violation of this policy, use the Report button on any track or profile page, or contact us directly at support@iweymusic.com.
We investigate all reports but cannot guarantee a specific outcome or timeline for every report.
